Here's how our Interview Assistant can assist. Following confirmation of payment our Interview Assistant will be in touch with you within 24 hours to arrange a 1 hour ‘mock interview’. Prior to your mock interview you will be required to send through a copy of your resume, job description, and any other information you supplied with your job application. Our Interview Assistant will draw on years of experience, industry networks, and contemporary interview strategies to formulate interview scenarios for you. Following your session with our Interview Assistant you will be confident and prepared for even the most difficult questions.
OLA Job Coach is a highly experienced recruitment practitioner with a client centred approach that is 100% focused on your needs. Your Job Coach will assist you contextualise your career pathway, recognise capacity, identify roadblocks and facilitate a career action plan. There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to gaining that ‘right fit’.
Our programme consists of:

The timeframe for these sessions is flexible depending on your timeframes and feedback from employers. Typically you would meet your Job Coach once a week for 4 weeks. During this time your Job Coach will provide phone and email support during regular office hours to assist you as your applications develop.
