What is the role?
Your varied day will include:
- Business development with new and existing clients
- Ad writing
- Interview candidates
- Reference check
- Fill casual and permanent vacancies
- OH&S inspections
- Maintain and update database

Your role will be based in Abbotsford and involve sourcing candidates for the Child Care industry across Victoria
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Previous call centre or cold calling experience
- Experience in Recruitment, Sales or Child Care Sector
- An excellent ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
- Professional presentation both in person and over the telephone
- Be self motivated and have a passion to succeed
- Ability to work as part of a team whilst achieving individual targets
The position includes base salary and attractive commissions.
